13yrs f/ch first issue of 2o con marriage came with c/c of epitaxis--recurrent since one yr of life with multiple ecchymotic patch over upper and lower extremity noticed since 7 yr of life.no h/o hematuria/jt swelling/fever with rash/other system affection. no significant birth/family/developmental history o/e-- short stature vitals stable ecchymotic patches over extremities refractive error-- hypermetropic{+13d} s/e--spleen 3cm firm inv--hb-6.6,tlc-6,600;ps-hypo micro pt-{inr}1.32 aptt-normal ??diagnosis

A 7year male child with increase in echymotic patches all over the day with progression all over.blood for bt,ct platelet and tlc,dlc and esr all was normal.pt and aptt was not done.hemoglobin was 12.what are the probable diagnosis?
